(T)erms of (S)ervice

⚠️By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms⚠️

I don´t do:

  • NSFW

  • Offensive themes

  • Things related to politics or controversial topics

  • Heavy gore

General Information:

  • For icons I use canvas of 1080x1080px and for anything else I use 2000x2500px (except for wallpapers). If you want to have a specific canva size, please let me know before starting the commission.

  • Each additional character added is 50% of the base price. (This does not apply on wallpapers).

  • I need to have the reference of the character for starting, I will not work with just written descriptions of some character.

  • I can refuse to do a commission or cancel it, without giving a explanation. (Can be because I feel uncomfortable with something).

  • IF I do cancel a commission, and I already started the commission, we can do two things: 1- I can return all the money without giving the unfinished drawing. 2- If you want the unfinished drawing, I can give it to you and just return a percentage of the money, depending on how advanced the commission is. If you want to know the percentage, you can see the rubric below on Refunds.

  • I'm only giving WIPs of the sketch to see if everything is going well with it. I do this for the sake of no work being stolen from me.

  • If the work is finished, I will only do changes if I missed something or if I did a mistake.

  • I have the right to post the commission on any of my sites (I will tag the owner).

  • I won't remove my watermark or signature on any of the works, so you also can't remove it. Either way, I always keep it small to make it as non-invasive as possible.

Payment

  • Just USD through PayPal.

  • Upfront payment, what means that I will just start the work until full payment is received.

  • I will always ask for the proof of payment from the customer, just to check the payment. Also, when doing the payment, write your username to know it is you.

Refunds

I will only give a refund, depending on the stage of the commision:

  • Without starting: 100%

  • Skecth: 85%

  • Lineart: 70%

  • Colored and shaded: ±40% (depends on the complexity, I will discuss it with the customer).

  • With complex background or special aditions: ±30% (depends on the complexity, I will discuss with the customer).

  • Finished: no redunds.

Remember, I will always look for what is fairest for the customer and me (the artist)-
